The tasting of the truffles was always a great pleasure for the esthete. These delicacies of which Marcel Proust appeared to be fond of, are very delicate and do not have to wait... Our truffles are made of black chocolate, filled with a ganache ( mixture of the finest chocolate with butter and milk ) of an incredible smoothness and delicately coated with one cocoa whose flavour is an exquisite workmanship.

A coat of arms bag and a fine gold embossed greetings card are joined to each case.
